Spinach and Tuna Casserole

This one comes from my friend Hans’ mom. Even people who don’t like spinach or tuna like it. We serve it with egg noodles (tossed with butter & parm)

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • one small can tuna
  • one slice bread, torn into small pieces
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 3 T parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper

 

Mix all ingredients, turn into greased cake pan (9-inch round, usually, but squares work too.) Sprinkle with extra parm. Bake 20 mins at 350.
