Stovetop Macaroni & Cheese

From Budget Bytes:

  • 2 C small dry pasta
  • 2 C milk (maybe plus a little more later)
  • 1 C shredded cheese
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 t smoked paprika
  • pepper

Bring pasta & milk to a boil, covered. Simmer until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally but mostly keeping covered. Stir in cheese, spices, and extra milk if needed to make sauce creamy.
