Cheddar-Horseradish Spread

Adapted from Epicurious.

  • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar, finely grated
  • 1/3 C mayo
  • 3 T horseradish (or to taste. I use a ton.)
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper

Combine in food processor. Refrigerate at least a couple hours before serving, to allow flavors to blend.
